Refund policy

Digital Products — No Refund Policy

At Pagehavn, all sales of digital products are final.

Because our products are delivered instantly via digital download, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods.

We do not offer refunds because:

• Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase
• The product cannot be "returned" once accessed
• Files cannot be undownloaded or deactivated after delivery

However, we will always make it right if:

• You never received your download link — email us and we'll resend it immediately
• The file was corrupted or unusable — we'll send a replacement
• You were charged twice by mistake — we'll issue a full refund
